Family Constellations
Training
I am currently hosting a practice group in my home, where we are learning the skills necessary to be a Family Constellation Workshop Facilitator. This group is the first step towards a formal training that will have you learning the skills necessary to facilitate this amazing work. These practice groups will help you immensely to grasp and get the most out of the formal training. These three hour practice sessions meet every second week from (6:30-9:30). I have one group which meets on Monday nights and another meeting on Thursday nights. Together we will create hands on experiences trying out new techniques, our understanding of the work and our facilitation skills. We will learn facilitator presence and work towards healing our personal wounds. The first step to being a great facilitator. This will serve us in all areas of our lives.
~ All skill levels, from beginner to advanced are perfectly welcome. ~ You are not committed to attend all meetings, come and go as you please. ~ The cost is $25 per session. ~ The experience you get will be invaluable to your own healing. ~ You will practice leading the client intakes regarding their "issue" ~ You will get to practice setting up the constellations. ~ You will get to lead the movements in the "Knowing Field" ~ You will get to learn more about YOUR OWN family at the same time. ~ You will experience having your own family constellated by one of our guest facilitators. ~ You will learn and see many of the different constellation styles in the Boulder and Denver areas. ~ Once every month or so we will have guest facilitators come in and show us their work, leading a constellation for us that night. ~ We will be able to debrief all of what we see to help us all to understand and learn. ~ And finally at some point, perhaps about a year down the line we will be presenting a formal training to get you ready to lead your own workshops in this amazing work. Whether you work with individuals, corporate clients, or want to lead facilitation of groups, this is going to be a great way to learn, it will be inexpensive, we will create a connected community to help and support one another, we will build friendships and relationships that just may last a lifetime.
